From Aberg to Zalatoris: the 2024 Masters Field

From April 11, 2024, to April 14, 2024, the world's best players will compete in the most important tournament of the year: the Masters. Once again this year, it's off to Augusta to find the next wearer of the green jacket. Eligibility for the first major of the year is strictly regulated, and only the best players receive one of the coveted spots. This year, there are a total of 19 possible qualification paths:

2.US Open Champions (honorary, after five years exempt)
3.The Open Champions (honorary, after five years out of competition)
4.PGA Champions (honorary, after five years out of competition)
5.Winner of the Players Championship (three years)
6.Current Olympic gold medal winner (one year)
7.Current US Amateur Champion (7-A) (honorary, after one year out of competition) and the runner-up (7-B) to the current US Amateur Champion
8.Current The Amateur Champion (honorary, after one year out of competition))
9.Current Asia-Pacific Amateur Champion (one year)
10.Current Latin American amateur champion (one year)
11.Current US Mid-Amateur Champion (one year)
12. The first 12 players, including ties, from the previous year's Masters tournament
13.The top 4 players, including draws, at last year's US Open
14.The top 4 players, including draws, at last year's The Open Championship
15.The top 4 players (including ties) from last year's PGA Championship
16.Individual winners of PGA Tour events that award a full score for the season-ending Tour Championship, from the previous Masters to the current Masters
17.Those who qualified for the Tour Championship at the end of the previous season
18.The 50 leaders of the final official world rankings for the previous calendar year
19.The 50 leaders of the official world rankings, which are published in the week before the current Masters tournament
