Charity Golf Day at Ardglass Golf Club Raises £6,359

Ardglass Golf Club hosted a charity event in memory of Terry Murphy, raising £6,359 for the Crossgar Parish Uganda Link.

Honouring Terry Murphy’s Legacy

The recent Charity Golf Day at Ardglass Golf Club was held in memory of the late Terry Murphy, a former Captain of the club and a founder of the Crossgar Parish Uganda Link. This educational charity supports children’s education in the Kibire region near Kampala, Uganda.

Community Support and Organisation

The event was organised by Terry’s friends Colin Reid, Paddy McCartan and Gerry Ross, with additional support from Paul Vaughan, Director of Golf at Ardglass, and Terry’s family. The day brought together club members and the local community in a meaningful tribute.
