How to Keep Our Golf Course in Great Shape This Winter

As you all know, our course stands up to the winter weather better than most – and with your help we can keep it in great condition right through the colder months. Here’s how you can do your bit:

Tips for Golfers

• If you’re able to, please carry your clubs instead of using a trolley or buggy. It’s the best way to protect the course – and you’ll burn a few extra calories before Christmas too!

• If you are using a trolley, please: Avoid all roped-off areas and clean mud from your wheels in the rough, not on the fairways.

• If you are using a buggy, please: Drive carefully and avoid wheel spinning. Park well away from tees and greens, on flat or slightly downhill ground. Share a buggy with a playing partner where possible – every fewer set of wheels really helps.
