@bridgendgolf Junior Academy follows a customised booklet scheme based on my 20 years of experience coaching children.
Each week I set a section, topic and task to complete. If a junior misses a session or doesn’t complete a task during a lesson then they can do it at their own pace, in their own time.
Parents then send in the completed task on video, like this balance focused one.
