We are searching for a high-energy Swimming Lesson Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is passionate about our social mission. In our new partnership with Merthyr Tydfil Borough Council, this is a unique chance to design and deliver a comprehensive lesson programme from the ground up at both Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre and Aberfan Community Centre.
💧 Position: Swimming Lesson Coordinator 💧 Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum 💧 Hours: 37 hours hybrid working (home and onsite)
What we're looking for: ✅ Experience in developing and implementing lesson programmes that improve financial performance ✅ Ability to lead and motivate a team of swimming teachers ✅ Knowledge of the ASA teaching plan and current initiatives, systems, and processes within the ASA and STA ✅ A collaborative approach to deliver customer-focused results
