Allan Murray's bench now sits proudly on the 15th tee at Harburn, kindly donated by the Livi Inn Golf Society, a group of Allans’ friends who play at various courses around West Lothian.
Allan, a single-figure golfer who played 7 days a week, was a Harburn member for twenty years.
His friends affectionately remember him as the "Laughing Legend" for his infectious laughter, he had a huge love for the game. ❤️ This Bench will help to keep his memory alive on the course ⛳
On September 7th, the anniversary of his passing, the Livi Inn Golf Society will gather at Harburn for a small competition among friends in Allan's honour, a fitting tribute from friends who he loved to play a round with ❤️
