We're calling Swifts to London! (No - not to Wembley this week ?)
A solar powered swift call system has been installed on the roof at Lee Valley Ice Centre to encourage Swifts to use the special nest boxes built into the walls.
Swifts are social birds and are attracted to exiting nesting sites ? It might take them a couple of years to find the boxes, in the meanwhile a Great Tit family has moved in! ?
