Saffron Walden Golf Club Seeks Volunteers for Upcoming Championships

The club need volunteers, mostly ball spotters, to help with the smooth running of the club championships on 13th and 14th July. Ideally we would like members to volunteer for 2 hours, although more time would be great.
If you can’t volunteer yourself, please can you ask your circle of friends at the club, especially those who are not playing.
The more ball spotters (especially on blind t-shots) the more we can keep pace of play up to an acceptable standard. On Sunday we would also like to have help throughout the day with live on course scoring.
Every volunteer will be entitled to a drink at the bar as a thank you and a light lunch on the Sunday.
Please let the general office know if / when you can help and ask any friends who are willing to help to do the same or add your name to the list available on the notice board in the entrance hall.
