Description
Ashton U Lyne Golf Club was founded in 1913. There is a large stand of trees on the course. It is located on the edge of the Pennines just outside the metropolis of Manchester. Many improvements have been made over the years: The fairways have been lengthened, new bunkers have been built, tees and greens have been improved and many, many new trees have been planted. The course has not only been beautified, but its level of difficulty has also been increased.
