Description
Le Touquet offers two completely different 18-hole courses: "La Mer" is laid out between wild dunes and is somewhat reminiscent of Scottish links courses. The French Open was held here in 1976 and 1977. The more tranquil alternative to this is "La Forêt", where the fairways stretch under ancient pine groves. The record on "La Mer" is held by Sam Torrance with 63 strokes.
