The A-9 fairway, a 483m par 5 from the yellow, offers a stunning panoramic view of the entire course, the clubhouse and the Alps on the horizon from the slightly elevated tee. The second shot over a small stream and the third shot into the green, which is well defended with bunkers and water, also offer real sporting challenges. The clubhouse terrace within sight then offers the perfect view "back".
