Mallow Golf Club is a majestic parkland course in the heart of the Blackwater Valley, offering fantastic views of the distant Galtee and Mushera Mountains. A wooded course with well-placed bunkers and vegetation that challenge a variety of shots. Mallow will challenge serious golfers and provide an enjoyable experience for those who are not quite so serious. The 5,960-yard, par 72 course with a standard scratch of 72 from the back tees was designed by Commandant J. D. Harris as a true championship course. In September 2001, Mallow won the Bulmer's Senior Cup at Newlands Golf Club for the first time: the whole team's handicap was one, so their memorable victory didn't really come as a surprise. Mallow Golf Club has a beautiful clubhouse with catering facilities and visitors are offered not only a warm welcome but also an unforgettable golfing experience.
